Delivery and ordering:

What is your Minimum order?
A: Our min order is $66 inclusive of GST for free delivery. Orders under this amount will be charged a $6.60 delivery fee unless the order is picked up.
Do you deliver all over Perth?
A: Yes we deliver from Mandurah to Yanchep and everywhere in between. Our delivery days to Yanchep are Monday & Thursday and our delivery days to Mundaring are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Everywhere else is Monday to Saturday 6 days a week.
What days do you deliver too?
A: We deliver Monday to Saturday to most areas all over perth. Our delivery days to Yanchep are Monday & Thursday and our delivery days to Mundaring are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
When do I need to place orders?
A: Please place your orders for next day delivery before 4pm Sunday to Friday for next day delivery. We deliver Monday to Saturday – 6 days a week. To place your order either Ph: (08) 9314 1044 or Fax: (08) 9314 1074 or email enquire@cakebox.com.au

We also offer a 24 hour ordering system, allowing you to place you order anytime through email or our phone voice message service. Simply call 9314 1044 and if we don’t answer please leave you order on our message bank. Please keep in mind if its outside our 4pm cut off it will go onto the following days run.
Do you supply private orders?
A: Yes we can supply private large orders through our online retail shop. Click here to view the range.
Can I buy your products online?

Products:

Are any of your products gluten free?
A: We do have some Flourless products, and although the ingredients for these products do not contain gluten, they are produced in our premises that contains gluten. As such creating a small risk of cross contamination therefore we do not labelled them gluten free. Click here to view our flourless range.
Can I sample your product?
A: If you are a wholesale business, retailer or foodservice business interested in our range then please click here to request a sample presentation appointment.
What allergens are contained in your products?

All products are produced in a facility that handles nuts, including peanuts. Whilst every precaution is taken at time of production, we cannot guarantee that traces of egg, gluten, dairy or nuts are transferred between products during handling, decorating and packing.
What is the shelf life of your product?
A: For optimum shelf life, appearance and flavour we recommend 2 to 3 days for fresh fruit and cream and 5 days for all other products when refrigerated below 5 degree's Celsius. Biscuits should not be refrigerated and have a shelf life of 1 month when stored in a dry air tight container.

Operating hours:

What are your office hours?
A: Our office is open 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Our customer service team process orders up until 4pm Sunday to Friday for next day delivery.

Are you HACCP certified?
A: Yes we our HACCAP certified through SGS.
Do you have a quality assurance program?
A: Yes quality is at the fore front of what we do and how we operate. As part of our stringent food safety program we have incorporated a quality insurance program to ensure the product supplied meets our specification.
